Omega 3 Amix Fish Oil Power 60 capsules is a dietary supplement containing fish oil extract, which is a natural source of Omega 3 fatty acids known as EPA and DHA. It provides an excellent source of unsaturated fatty acid Omega 3 (EPA - eicosapentaenoic acid and DHA - docosahexaenoic acid). EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart.

EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. A beneficial effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. ALA (alpha linolenic acid) contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. A beneficial effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA.
