L-Glutamine + BCAA in powder Amix 530g is a dietary supplement containing branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine) in a 2:1:1 ratio in combination with the amino acid L-Glutamine. L-Glutamine is the amino acid that is found in the human body in the largest amount. It represents 60% of all amino acids in skeletal muscle and about 20% of total circulating amino acids. BCAA amino acids make up about 33% of total muscle proteins. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
