The propulsion of the Pro is more explosive and shines in competition. Clearly, it’s a shoe to go fast and crush your Personal Bests. On the other hand, the Speed’s nylon plate is semi-flexible, giving the shoe a softer cushioning. Therefore, it makes it more versatile, although the result may not be as impressive as the Pro.
