Maria, originally from lbiza, now lives in Berlin. If you ask Maria why she runs, her answer is clear: It is my medicine, my way to free my head, to overcome my fears. Maria suffers from chronic anxiety. During the phases she feels a loss of energy, self-confidence, a fear of leaving the house. Today she has learned that it is nothing but herself, her mind, her thoughts that block her. Running has helped her overcome these fears over the years.
