How to return goods

Important information before returning goods
  • The return request can be made 24 hours a day, through our return portal, and doesn't require you to contact Customer Care.
  • Cost of the return label generated via the return portal is €7.5.

Order your return

Choose the item(s) you want to return. Choose the reason for return. Choose the nearest drop-off. Finish the payment and print the label.

Ship the package

Prepare the unused products into the original, intact package/bag, with the original barcode/tag.

Drop your parcel off in the chosen post office/courier point with the printed label.

Wait for information about the refund

After receiving the goods, we will check them and inform you by email about the refund.
The refund will be processed in 14 days.

Conditions for return
  • You can return the goods within 30 days.
  • The goods must be in their original condition, unworn and in the original packaging with the original tags.
  • If you need a different size or color, please make a new order. Replacement is not possible.
  • If you receive damaged goods, please inform our customer service within 24 hours by phone or e-mail, as our customer service team will take care of the return.
