How to return goods
Important information before returning goods
- We use the Cycleon service to return goods.
- Submission of the request for return takes place in the Cycleon information system, i.e. outside our e-shop.
- The customer can handle the return online himself whenever he needs to, it is not necessary to contact our customer service. The Cycleon portal is available 24/7.
- Customer pays the return costs. The price is €7.5 per one return.
Return procedure
Log in the portal
Customer with account:
Log in, find your order under the title "My orders" and click the "Return" button.
Customer without account:
Open the return portal, enter your order number and your postal code, click the "Return" button.
Order your return
Choose the item(s) you want to return. Choose the reason for return. Choose the nearest drop-off. Finish the payment and print the label.Ship the package
Prepare the unused products into the original, intact package/bag, with the original barcode/tag.
Drop your parcel off in the chosen post office/courier point with the printed label.
Wait for information about the refund
After receiving the goods, we will check them and inform you by email about the refund.The refund will be processed in 14 days.
Conditions for return
- You can return the goods until 15.01.2025.
- The goods must be in their original condition, unworn and in the original packaging with the original tags.
- If you need a different size or color, please make a new order. Replacement is not possible.
- If you receive damaged goods, please inform our customer service within 24 hours by phone or e-mail, as our customer service team will take care of the return.
