Nutritional values per 2 scoops: 250 kcal, Carbohydrates 60 g of which sugars 17 g, Sodium 320 mg, Potassium 50 mg, Roctane amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Valine, Beta-Alanine, L-Isoleucine 1900 mg, Caffeine 35 mg.

Ingredients: Matrodextrin, fructose, taurine, isoleucine, leucine, valine, carnosine, beta-alanine, natural flavor, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, citric acid, caffeine from white tea extract, turmeric (natural colour).

Dosage: Pour 2 scoops into a bottle of water (470 ml) and mix well.
