The Mizuno Wave Inspires and Paradoxes have been my go to training shoe for years. They’re strong and supportive but you can still get a hint of speed out of them for strides. I find them brilliant for my slow, easy miles when I’m racking up mileage. I would highly recommend to support shoe runners especially (Over pronators).
