Ingredients: maple syrup (37%), maltodextrin (21%), water, sunflower seeds, sunflower oil, pea protein (2%), sea salt (0.8%), dry extract of green coffee beans (Coffea arabica L.) (45% chlorogenic acid, 3% caffeine) (0.5%), defatted cocoa powder (0.5%), guarana fruit extract (Paullinia cupana) (12% caffeine) (0.4%), potassium chloride, flavoring, preservatives (potassium sorbate, tocopherol blend).

May contain peanuts.

Nutritional values per 100 g / 72 g (serving): energy 1473 kJ / 354 kcal, or 840 kJ / 200 kcal; fat 16 g / 9 g, of which saturated fat 0.9 g / 0.5 g; carbohydrates 47 g / 27 g, of which sugars 24 g / 14 g; fiber 2 g / 1 g; protein 4 g / 3 g; salt 0.82 g / 0.47 g.

Dosage: During long training sessions or races, take 1 gel every 45–60 minutes.
