Ingredients: Palatinose (isomaltulose*), tapioca maltodextrin, sea salt, acidity regulator (potassium citrate).

*Isomaltulose is a natural source of glucose and fructose, produced from beet sugar.

Dosage: It is recommended to consume one 64 g serving (corresponding to 1.5 teaspoons) of Näak Boost Energy drink in 500 ml of water per hour during exercise. It is also important to ensure sufficient hydration throughout the activity to optimize performance and prevent dehydration.
