Ingredients: Energy gel with carbohydrate-based texture (64%), flavorless. Composition: water, agave powder, dehydrated tapioca syrup, dextrose, sea salt, gelling agent (agar-agar), acidity regulators (potassium citrate, citric acid, potassium sorbate).

Dosage: Take 1 gel every 30 minutes to maintain energy levels. Adjust intake according to desired carbohydrate level.
