The Flow Vest 101 12L has been carefully designed to provide you with the optimal amount of storage whilst having a lightweight feel and perfect fit when you're running. The vest has a capacity of 12 liters with slip pockets on the bust, zip pockets on the waist and back as well as webbing on the back.

The vest comes with 2 x 500ml soft bottles.

Care guide:

Machine washable at 30°C.
Use the included washbag to protect both the vest and the washing machine.
Remove elastic strings before washing to extend their durability (optional).
